Bringing Ideas to Life is a consultancy operating in the United Kingdom. We are the data controller for any personal information you submit through this site.

When you use the contact form on this site, you can submit:

• Your email address (required), so that we can reply to you.
• Your name (optional), so that we can address you properly.
• A short messageabout what you’re working on (optional), so that we can give you a useful first reply.

That is the only personal information we collect from this site. The lawful basis for processing it is your consent (you chose to send us a message) and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.

Our hosting provider also logs standard request information (IP address, user-agent, requested URL) for security and performance purposes. We do not use this information to identify or track individuals.

We use a small number of trusted services to run this site and receive your messages. Each is a data processor acting on our instructions, and each is contractually committed to protecting your data:

• Vercel— hosts this website and serves its pages. See Vercel’s privacy policy.
• Resend— processes the contact form and delivers your message to us as an email. See Resend’s privacy policy.
• Google (Gmail)— receives and stores the email we get from the form, and the reply we send to you. See Google’s privacy policy.

Some of these providers may transfer data outside the UK. Where they do, they rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent safeguard recognised by the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.

We keep your message for as long as is reasonably needed to respond to it and to deliver any work that results from it. If we don’t end up working together, we’ll typically delete the conversation within twelve months.

Where we have a legal obligation to keep records (for example, for tax purposes), we may retain limited information for up to seven years.

We do not maintain a marketing list. If we ever start a newsletter, we will only add you to it with your separate, clear consent.

This site does not use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, or any third-party tracking. The only cookies that may be set are strictly essential ones used by our hosting provider for security and performance.

Under UK data protection law, you have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct anything that’s wrong.
• Ask us to delete it.
• Object to how we’re using it.
• Ask us to restrict how we use it.
• Ask for a copy of it in a portable format, where applicable.

If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.

We may update this notice from time to time. When we do, the “last updated” date at the top of the page will change. Material changes will be highlighted on this page for at least thirty days.
